This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Business Analyst at Samcom Technobrains Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and utilizing information technology to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between the business and IT departments, ensuring that IT solutions align with business needs. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing IT solutions to enhance business operations.

- 1 year to 4 years of experience
- IT Services Industry Experience only

Responsibilities
- Business Analysis, Business Requirements, and Business Process
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and document business needs
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
- Design and propose IT solutions that meet business requirements and improve efficiency
- Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
- Information Technology
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Experience in the software development lifecycle
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
